Say Goodbye (for a while)

I have to say goodbye to a few things but don't worry because it's only for a while (i hope) :

1. My Sexy Dress and pants :  

During pregnancy maternal weight is certain to rise as women need more nutrients for the development of her  

baby.Like it or not, weight gain during pregnancy is inevitable.As quoted from mayoclinic, Monday (26/10/2009) that normal weight gain during pregnancy is about 11 kg to 16 kg or having a body mass index (BMI) of approximately 18.5 to 24.9.That's way soon or later I cannot wear my old dress or pants anymore. But as long as my weight gain still good for my baby's development, i wont hesitate.

2. My High heels

Because of my height is fantastic, I am more confident using high heel 5-7 inches either way to work or to the church and also to the party. During pregnancy already advised to use shoes or flat sandals because in addition i'm taking public transportation also prevent leg swelling (i cant imagine how my foot look if it happen). Currently in my office applied rules to remove shoes inside office, so not too sad because i could not use high-heels again.

 

3. My favorite foods and drinks

The most unforgettable thing and hard to say goodbye, favorit foods and drinks..

Hmm..let me mention : baso, sate padang, bakmi ayam, soft drink, instant coffee, spicy meat, etc

But now i have to change the way i eat • Should avoid foods that may endanger mother and fetus

• No more diet during pregnancy• Dining with with small portion but often• Drink vitamin for pregnancy regularly• Drinking enough water (this is great to keep skin soft)• Fibrous foods, fruits and vegetables 

• Last but not least, drink a milk because high protein, calcium



But above all I'm very happy with this pregnancy. Much kiss to you baby
